The HCS Superintendent’s Citizen of the Month program is an event that has been held for more than 30 years. The honored guests are students representing grades 4 through 12 who have been selected to represent the grade level at their respective schools as good citizens for that particular month. The luncheons are held in November (honoring the October and November students), January (honoring the December and January students), March (honoring the February and March students), and May (honoring the April and May students).
Luncheons are rebroadcast several times on Cox Channel 46 and FIOS Channel 20, prominently displaying the names of the sponsors. The luncheons can also be accessed and viewed through the HCS website.
