Tidewater Decorative Painters makes donation to the HCS Visual and Performing Arts Department

The Tidewater Decorative Painters graciously donated paint, brushes, canvases, wooden items, easels and more to the Hampton City Schools visual and performing arts department.

Tidewater Decorative Painters (TDP) is a local chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters. Members of TDP come from the Southeastern Tidewater area. TDP strives to share ideas and develop decorative painting skills through classes and seminars for its members. In addition, they are dedicated to expanding this love and participation in painting with the community. Recently a generous donation was left to TDP, who in turn donated items to our district. Former visual and performing arts curriculum leader, Dr. Vivian Griese, loaded her car with the donated supplies and disseminated them to art teachers in the district.

Thank you to TDP for this wonderful donation for our HCS students.
