Blue Phantom Restaurant to hold Thanksgiving lunch

The Blue Phantom Inn, a pathway of the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism at Phoebus High School, will hold a Thanksgiving lunch on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dine-in (includes soup du jour) or takeout. Preorders are being accepted until Thursday, November 20.

Bronzed Salmon with Cranberry Apple Chutney $15.00

Citrus Brined Cornish Hen with Citrus Glaze $16.00
