Amazon donates bottled water to Andrews PreK-8 School
The Amazon Delivery Station DOR3 in Hampton donated a pallet of bottled water (84 cases of 24 bottles of water) to Andrews PreK-8 School.
On Friday, November 12, the Amazon truck pulled up in front of the school and delivered bottled water and Amazon water bottles. They even supplied the human power to move all of the cases into the school.
In a thank you note to Amazon, family engagement specialist April Howard said, “We have over 1,000 students in the building and honestly, we have some students who do not have the resources to purchase bottled water to bring daily. This donation will allow us to make sure that all students have water readily available in their learning communities and classrooms.”
