Bethel High School basketball coach Craig Brehon earns 400th career coaching win
Craig Brehon is a legend at Bethel High School. He has been coaching boys basketball at Bethel High School for 26 years and achieved his 400th win on Monday, February 14, 2022.
“I wouldn't have been able to achieve this milestone in coaching without the many quality student-athletes that have come through Bethel,” said Brehon. “Our administration, teachers, staff and my many assistant coaches have been instrumental in our program's success over the years. I'm so proud to be a Bruin for life.”
Bethel principal Ralph Saunders said, “Coach Brehon has achieved a milestone in his career that not many high school coaches will ever achieve. I watched him win his 300th and now 400th. He is deserving of this achievement and his hard work and dedication to our student athletes is to be commended. Congratulations on his outstanding achievement!”
“Craig Brehon is the epitome of professionalism,” said Bethel athletic director Lee Martin. “He runs his program first-class with high expectations. His players raise their level to meet this. The achievement of 400 wins is an amazing coaching accomplishment. I feel honored to have played a small part in that.”
