Syms Middle School eighth graders explore future pathways during New Horizons tour

Eighth grade students from Syms Middle School recently toured New Horizons Regional Education Center as part of their “Planning for My Future” experience. Accompanied by teachers Eldrie Scott, Arnetta Hughes, and Darnise Thompson, students explored a variety of career and technical education programs, gaining valuable insight into future pathways and opportunities beyond middle school. The visit provided a meaningful and engaging experience, helping students begin to think more intentionally about their future goals.
