2026–2031 Strategic Plan
 

Hampton City Schools (HCS) is developing its 2026–2031 Strategic Plan, and we are seeking input from our families and community to help shape the future of our division. (Similar surveys are being administered to students, teachers, school administrators, and HCS staff members.)

 

At HCS, we believe in “One Community, One Transformation: Excellence with Intentionality.” Our mission states: “In collaboration with our community, HCS ensures academic excellence for every child, every day, whatever it takes.” 

 

We know student success is a shared responsibility. Your voice is an important part of that work and this survey is a key part of this collaboration. As such, your feedback will directly inform the priorities and goals that guide our work over the next five years.
