Join us for the 4th annual Next Generation Storytellers Film Festival & Awards Ceremony

Do you love movies and want to see our students' talents shine on the big screen? Mark your calendars for the Next Generation Storytellers' Film Festival, a dazzling evening celebrating short films created by students from Hampton City Schools and Old Dominion University. We are excited to announce this year’s special guest, Obba Babatundé!

These films will premiere at the Ferguson Center for the Arts on October 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (red carpet style) offering audiences an exclusive look at the next wave of cinematic talent emerging from Hampton City Schools. Seating will be open, with reserved spaces for presenters and students involved in the films. To help us plan accordingly and ensure an accurate headcount, please complete the Next Generation Storytellers Film Festival 2026 RSVP form and indicate the total number of guests who will be attending with you.
