Hampton High AD Justin Vias is named Region 4A Athletic Director of the Year for 2025

Hampton High School proudly announces that Coach Justin Vias has been named the Region 4A Athletic Director of the Year for 2025. This distinguished recognition honors Vias for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and service in advancing athletic excellence and supporting student-athletes at Hampton High School.

 

Throughout his tenure, Vias has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic achievement among student-athletes. His vision and leadership have significantly contributed to the success of the Crabber athletic program and to strengthening the school’s connection with the broader Hampton community.

 

“It feels great to be recognized for what I do, but the truth is, it doesn’t feel like work when you love it this much,” said Vias. “Every day, I get to be part of something special — watching our kids grow, our teams compete, and our community rally together.”
