HCS special education department hosts Back to Transition Night

The Hampton City Schools special education department will host its annual Back to Transition Night on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Patriot Operations Center (1589 Wingfield Drive, Hampton, VA).

 

This event is designed for high school students with disabilities and their families to explore opportunities and resources that support life after graduation. Families will enjoy a complimentary dinner followed by three interactive sessions highlighting Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). Attendees will also connect with local community agencies and vendors who partner with HCS and the department of rehabilitative services to provide essential supports.
