Hampton City Schools 10th Annual Run for the Stage 5K raises nearly $15,000 for student scholarships
Hampton City Schools hosted its 10th Annual Run for the Stage 5K on May 10, 2025, at Sandy Bottom Nature Park, with 362 participants registered. This annual event helps support on-time graduation by raising funds for community college scholarships.
Thanks to the amazing support of our community, nearly $15,000 was raised — allowing us to award $10,000 in scholarships to 10 deserving 2025 HCS graduates. Over the past 10 years, this event has made a lasting impact, raising more than $148,000 to help our students cross the graduation stage and step confidently into their futures.
