Kecoughtan NJROTC shines at Area 4 Championship with four first-place finishes
Cadets from Kecoughtan High School’s NJROTC program delivered an outstanding performance at the Area 4 Championship, earning 3rd Place Overall in a highly competitive field of 28 schools from Maryland, Virginia, and Tennessee.
The Warriors captured four first-place finishes, taking top honors in Color Guard, Armed Standard Drill, Unarmed Exhibition Drill, and Overall Drill.
“The cadets demonstrated exceptional professionalism, precision, and discipline throughout the competition,” said KHS academy principal Llew Radford. “Most importantly, they embodied true Warrior spirit—representing their unit, school, and community with pride and excellence.”
The impressive showing reflects the dedication and hard work of the cadets, instructors, and supporters who contributed to the team’s success.
Job well done (Bravo Zulu) to the Kecoughtan NJROTC program on an exceptional championship performance.
