HCS bands and choruses receive high ratings at State Music Assessments

As we enter the last week of Music In Our Schools Month, we would like to extend our congratulations to the following schools, administrators, directors, families, and students on their state music assessment results. These are each music program's standards of learning test and PBL performance. 

“The experience provides music educators and students with professional feedback that helps them grow as musicians while working together toward a shared musical goal. This improves their performance this school year and into the future. High-achieving school music programs, as well as all arts classes, are another indicator of our great schools,” said Kelly Dee, visual and performing arts curriculum leader.
