Three HCS students earn VHSL state track championships
Congratulations to Jamar Osifo of Phoebus High School and Kellen La Roche and Tremayne Cowart of Kecoughtan High School for earning state outdoor track championships.
Jamar, a rising junior, won the Virginia High School League (VHSL) Class 4 state championship for the 300 meters hurdles with a time of 38.07. Kellen, a graduating senior, won the high jump (6’8”) in Class 5 and Tremayne, a graduating senior, won the 800 meters in Class 5 with a time of 1:50.73.
