Kecoughtan High softball advances to regional championship

The Kecoughtan High School (KHS) softball team, under the direction of Coach James Kimbrough, will host Granby High School in the Region 5B Softball Championship on Thursday, June 5, at 5:00 p.m. at the Stoney Run Athletic Complex, 15194 Warwick Blvd., Newport News. The Warriors also earned a spot in the state tournament playoffs. First round for the state championship bracket is scheduled for June 10, with more details to be announced.

 

Tickets for the region final are $10 (plus $1.50 service fee) and may be purchased online at GoFan.co (Region 5B Champion) or at the gate with a credit card.
