Students win awards in annual Prefaces Exhibition

Every spring, the Torggler showcases the talents of young artists in our community through the annual Prefaces exhibition. The exhibition presents work by full-time students in grades 10 through 12 attending public, private, or parochial high schools in Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, York County, Williamsburg, and James City County, as selected by their teachers.
