Aaliyah Beavers, an eighth grader at Lindsay Middle School, gives opening at the December 4 School Board meeting

 

Aaliyah Beavers, an eighth grader at Lindsay Middle School, was selected to give the opening at the December 4, 2024, School Board meeting. She presented Just My Imagination by The Temptations.

Aaliyah enjoys dancing, singing, and drawing. Her favorite subjects are civics and economics, and math.

Aaliyah was joined at the meeting by her parents, three younger siblings, grandparents, Lindsay’s principal Sharif Hicks and the Lindsay administrative team.
