Dr. Patrina Jenkins is honored as Zeta Omicron Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. 2021-2022 Citizen of the Year

 

Congratulations to Dr. Patrina Jenkins, principal of Syms Middle School. She was recently named the 2021-2022 Citizen of the Year by Zeta Omicron Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. They awarded Jenkins with this award in recognition of her 31 years of service in education, empowering young people to achieve academic success at every level.

 

“Dr. Jenkins has supported an incredible partnership between Benjamin Syms Middle School and Zeta Omicron, facilitating the donation of thousands of dollars in school supplies to fill the needs of Syms students,” said J. W. Davis, member of the Zeta Omicron Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. “She has also opened the door for the creation of a new mentoring initiative designed to encourage, education, and inspire our young people to achieve their goals.”
